Scrub Voice Drops Before Pulling from Call Select

Can Voice Drops be scrubbed before they are pulled from call select? This will help ensure a higher success rate. Currently, customers are pulled from call select then scrubbed based on several factors including the batch setting (# days between).

Allow $0 Due Upon Signing

We would like the system to be able to calculate a $0 due lease without needing a trade-in or after-tax rebate. This would require that the cost of the Due would be charged to the gross of the deal.
