Appt Prep - Ability for User's to see all Data

Please add an option under User Settings for Appt Prep that would enable the user to be able to see all data under the "Appt Prep" instead of just the ones that are assigned to them.

Appt Prep: Edit Categories Should be Based on User Access

As soon as you give a user access to Appt Prep, they automatically get access to edit categories: This should not be given to users by default, and should be part of User Access for Manager level
