Appt Prep - Ability for User's to see all Data

Please add an option under User Settings for Appt Prep that would enable the user to be able to see all data under the "Appt Prep" instead of just the ones that are assigned to them.

    By having this feature enabled we could utilize the Appt Prep option as a Live Cancellation list. Here at Darling's we have used this feature to help with our Ford Dealership's with coordinating Pick up and Delivery and Mobility Appointments. Thank you!
