Can Voice Drops be scrubbed before they are pulled from call select? This will help ensure a higher success rate. Currently, customers are pulled from call select then scrubbed based on several factors including the batch setting (# days between).

After an in-depth conversation with the development team, and looking at a few examples, this case is not required. The existing functionality already qualifies everyone and it then selects the # (based on the voice drop setup) to send, prioritizing those without the disqualification status. However, many times there are not enough customers without this status, so some disqualfied are pulled in, and we then record the reason they can't be sent in the batch contacts stats.
