Show multiple annual mileage amounts on one worksheet

My store likes to show lease customers several annual mileage scenarios. It would be nice if the Autovance worksheet could support this, rather than needing to print 2-3 separate worksheets.

When users select the "Lease Only" scenario, they could be prompted to select their preferred mileage.

The worksheet would then be shown with all the selected mileages shown.
