Reporting - User Specific Breakdown (e.g. BDC Repair Order Detail Report)

I would like to limit agents from seeing other BDC reps data on reporting. Specifically the BDC repair order detail report.

I want to make sure each agent can see their monthly progress without being about to calculate commissions for other agents (we use the BDC Repair order detail report to pay out BDC Rep commissions).

Please implement a user access based approach to reports so if we give acccess to this report to a Service BDC agent, they only see their own data.
