PINNED Duplicate Associate popup warning

Requesting that a popup appears during creation of a new associate. If it is possibly a duplicate associate, prompt the user to confirm and select the correct associate from a list of candidates, or to continue to create a new associate.

Hide Labour and Parts Totals on Customer Invoice

Multiple warnings about the labour and/or Parts Adjustment should be compiled into 1 message

When you have multiple P/I yes service groups on the same WO you get multiple warnings about the labour and/or Parts Adjustment. Dealer would like this to be complied into 1 big message instead of having to click multiple messages.

Option to Select Which Email Outgoing Emails are Sent From
