Update Contact History When Appt Created or Updated in DMS

Please write to contact history when an appointment is created, updated or deleted in the DMS. This will ensure email/SMS updates are still sent when they should be

Key Report 2.3 Option Based on Booked Appt

I would like same data as key report 2.3 but based on booked appointment not closed RO. KR 4.2 will give you this information but it is not in a clean format for reviewing coordinator performance.

Remove MPI Data

Can we please add the ability to "delete" MPI's through the GUI (e.g. Followup (Refusals)) by (1) manual selection (2) based upon the Filters: Reason, Service, Origin, Type and a specified date range?

Allow Blank Email Field

When DealerMine deletes an email, its pushes a "del" into the DMS (Quorum in this case) Please allow a blank email to be saved to avoid this erroneous text in the DMS
