Could we change the new texting bubble to fill in fully blue when a customer is opted in? With just the outline in blue it is hard to tell the difference between opted in or not.
Can Voice Drops be scrubbed before they are pulled from call select? This will help ensure a higher success rate. Currently, customers are pulled from call select then scrubbed based on several factors including the batch setting (# days between).
