Requesting that a popup appears during creation of a new associate. If it is possibly a duplicate associate, prompt the user to confirm and select the correct associate from a list of candidates, or to continue to create a new associate.

If there are parts billed on an oil change (menu priced) line and an extra part is attempted to be billed on that line, have a reminder or pop-up to make sure the extra part gets flagged so a value to be charged to the customer is shown.

Flag to omit printing A/R Statements with credit balance

When running AR Statements is there a way to not have accounts in Credit balances run with the batch? This will save time from having to go into each Associate and turn off the function to print or email the statement.

Ability to Change Sort Order of Cases on Appointments

It would be amazing if we had the ability to change the sort order of cases on an appointment. Today, in order to accomplish this we need to delete and re-enter cases in order for them to maintain a specific order.

Special orders section Improvements

On the special orders list, the ability to sort by supplier would be beneficial, as well as a button to open non posted work orders in the customer's name similar to how the service appointment button works.

Would like the part sale taxes to be based on the customers location instead of the dealership selling location

When a parts sales is created for a out of province sale that quorum can calculate the provincial sales tax if applicable.
