Be able to choose which departments can post to certain accounts

If Dealerships have account #'s reserved for certain departments, for example, accounts 01-10 reserved for New/Used, the DMS still allows you to post to those account with other departments, say Service and Parts. I'm requesting that you create a way to choose/limit specifically which departments can post to certain accounts, i.e. have a setting in the back end where you can set accounts 01-10 be reserved only for New and Used, and the system will not allow you to post to that account with a different department. This would limit wrong posts to the GL that have to be corrected at month end and.
