Pull Declined Work from DealerBuilt

I would like to have the ability to pull decline/ refusals information from DealerBuilt. We are currently pulling from API, But in the near future all stores will be moving away from AutoPoint. Please let me know if this is doable

Key Report 5.1 Add Voice Drops

I would like the "auto calls" changed to "voice drops" in the reporting data and graph information. Auto calls are no longer a valid reporting item. It would be great to see voice drop information in this report.
