Report: Warranty Work by Technician

For the Technician Efficiency Summary Report (both MTD and YTD versions) please add an additional filter other than Store and Branch. The filter should be titled "CWI" and have options "Customer Pay", "Warranty Pay", "Internal Pay", "All" and should default to "All"

Based on what is selected, only RO line items associated with that pay type should be displayed in the resulting report
