To validate charges, I would like to have this report itemized so you can ultimately drill down to see every call made by every user for the month, whether it was inbound or outbound, the date/time and length of the call etc..
Please allow the ability to assign a caller ID to individual users direct lines so when they call out, their caller ID will show and not just their number
Is it possible to have date created & date edited fields added to the inbound telephony line set up screen? Also, if possible, which user added the lines and who edited it as well?
