In telephony, people are logging out as "Training" or "Meeting" but are not actually doing those things. Some of them are using these for extra break time. Is it possible that when they choose either Training or Meeting that a pop-out comes out asking them "With whom?" They would need to write the name of the person they are training or have a meeting with before they can log out. What they write would then be visible to the Manager.
