Turn Off Same Day Bookings

Having the ability to turn off same day bookings on the Appointment Schedule would assist some Service Managers. You can always mark a day as full, but if they want it to be a consistent limitation, a setting would be more appropriate.

SERTI: Show Closed RO's on Schedule
