Quorum - Display Error Message When Unable to Delete Appointment with Parts Attached

In Quorum DMS, it is not possible to delete appts with parts attached, this has to be done in the DMS. However, in DealerMine, there is nothing that displays to advise of this, so the user thinks it just isn't working. An appropriate error message should be displayed.
