Option to Delete or Hide Old Campaigns From Batch Page
There are many old campaigns taking up space on the batch page (emails & texts). There is no option to delete any batch email or text in DealerMine that has history attached to it. The error message received is advising that I can only "inacti...
I would the the ability for Batch CSI's to go out to a Text first before going out by email. To have to option to say Send the text first if they have a cell and if not send email second. They have both Texting and Email Batch set up for CSI's.
Currently, DM does not send out an automated confirmation unless the appt was booked directly within the DealerMine application. Can Appts booked in the DMS be added as an option to qualify for batch confirms?
I would like to have access to see the document in Batch Contacts where it shows the data of customers on reserve or customers that were sent an Email or Voice Drop, etc...
Please add a setting so I can disable batch confirms from going out for appts on a Sunday, as we use Sunday appts to book special order parts. They are not real appts and customers should not be getting batch confirms.
