I would the the ability for Batch CSI's to go out to a Text first before going out by email. To have to option to say Send the text first if they have a cell and if not send email second. They have both Texting and Email Batch set up for CSI's.

The ability to accomplish this already exists. For dealers who prefer to have batch texts sent to anyone with a valid mobile number, and then all others to go by batch email, we are able to accomplish that by simply offsetting the scheduled time they go out. For example, send a batch CSI text daily at 9am and a batch CSI email at 10am. The batch text will then grab all the contacts it can and the batch email will get the leftovers.
