When selecting rebates they are available to every lender. They are not tied to the lender that you currently selected. There are some rebates that are lender specific. It would be nice if rebates are only available for the relevant lender.
The down payment slider in MyDeal maxes out at $10,000. I would like to see this maximum down payment be increased as it is not unusual for us to have customers that would want to put more than $10,000 down.
