Quorum Ideas Portal
I would like the option to duplicate an email or text template within Template/Batch Setup. Instead of having to create a new template with the same verbiage and links and changing the subject line, I would like to be able to highlight a template name, go to option and have an option from the drop down to duplicate the template.
