Requesting that a popup appears during creation of a new associate. If it is possibly a duplicate associate, prompt the user to confirm and select the correct associate from a list of candidates, or to continue to create a new associate.

Automated Reply Text to "C" Confirm

Is there a way to have an automated text reply go to a customer when they reply "C" to our confirmation text?

Convert Negative Customer # to Actual Customer

We have been importing lists to use for outbound marketing. When the customer decides to book an appt, it would be helpful to have the ability to convert the negative Dealermine Customer number to an actual new customer to keep the database clean.

Default Correct Texting Template

It would be nice that when texting a customer the corresponding/linked text template would pre-populate as it does when you send an email. For example, if the contact type selected is Confirm it will default to the starred text template for Confirm.

View Drafts Booked by Service Advisors

I would like to be able to see all draft appointments under my name tag. Currently I can view all Service BDC users but would also like to see drafts booked by Service Advisors as well as they book appointments through DealerMine too.

Filter Option for Key Report 2.3

Please add a filter option to Key Report 2.3 so I can sort by Username and have all the maintenance under that person, then be able to drill down to see the RO number associated with the lines that were deleted.
