When running this report it would be helpful to see how "recycles" that have been made on a said fetch. That way I can see how much effort the BDC is giving to fetch's that are one off customer touches. That way we can tell what is working and what isn't in means of driving business into the dealership. If we could add this data to the report it would be a great tool to show how much effort/man power we are using and the ROI we get out of it
