I would like to be able to verify that numbers listed in the cell phone field are in fact legitimate mobile numbers. There are validation tools available on the market, such as valitito.com.

Change Profile Email when Changing Upon Send Email

I am looking for an option so that when I go to send an email to a customer but then change the 'To' email to something different that it automatically saves it to the customer profile. Maybe a box pop up asking me to switch it.

Re-create Cancelled Appt

Please allow the ability to have a cancelled appt copied and re-created rather than having to do it manually. This could be initiated from the Appt History tab on the customer profile.
