Fetch Icon Customer Profile

I would like a feature added to show an icon on the customer file for active fetch, it would be nice instead of searching or looking under email history to see if a customer received an email blast. This way if the customer has an icon, you could get a popup stating this customer was sent an email blast on Wiper Blades, etc... you could reach out to the customer regarding the fetch they were sent.
