In Store Specs, you can enable the ability to send an email after each appt. Please also allow the ability to send a text. This may require some way for the customer to identify which way they would prefer to receive to ensure they don't receive both

Like for email, would like to have the ability to do a Fetch Text campaign. We should only allow it if user have access to a Batch text number (probably same logic as in batch automation by text?)
It would be nice that when texting a customer the corresponding/linked text template would pre-populate as it does when you send an email. For example, if the contact type selected is Confirm it will default to the starred text template for Confirm.
