Enhancement Request: Universal Integration of 'Contact: Goes by Name' Placeholder in All Customer Templates

QTemplates - New Placeholder 'Contact: Goes by Name' - Would like the new placeholder added to all templates under the 'Customer" area. The new placeholder was created recently but not added to all template types. It is currently in the service appointment confirmation area but we really need to add it to all template types
