Telephony Recordings - Access Request

The Ability to view listen to call recordings should be based on user access. Currently, anyone with access to a customer profile can listen to calls. From a confidentiality and privacy perspective, this needs to be tightened up as only select people, such as BDC Managers should be able to listen to calls
