Add eService (OLS) Nickname as a Service Merge Field

Please consider adding the E-Service Nickname as a Service Merge Field for text/email templates. When send confirmations to customers we will be able to work in the transportation type into the verbiage. Currently, I’m running a separate texting template for each transportation type.
