It would be great if OLS would help customers be able to rebook their appointment. If a customer has an appointment for Oct 21st and then go back into OLS and book an appointment for Oct 15 we would like it to say something along the lines of... The following appointments exist for this vehicle... list appointments... Do you want to open and change a selected appointment instead of creating a new appointment?
