If a customer replies "STOP" in order to opt-out of text messaging can the SMS bubble change to red?
This way there would be an indicator for all states,
Grey = Never opted in
Yellow = Opt in sent but customer hasn't replied
Blue = Customer has successfully opted in
Red = Customer has opted out previously
