OLS: When Adding New Vehicle It Should Fill in Matched Profile Info

When you match to a profile in OLS (after searching via email, for ex) if you add a vehicle rather than selecting an existing one, when you get to the summary only your email is populated. The name and phone from the matched profile are not.

This occurs because it's possible to match to more than one profile, so when you add a vehicle it does not know when profile to add it so, so it just books as guest.

Need to add logic so that it can match it to a profile, especially when there is only one profile returning, which I suspect to be the vast majority of cases
