OLS: "Type My Service Myself" to select an OpCode

To ensure accuracy of appts being booked via OLS, it would be great if there was an option to "type my request" where the customer could begin typing what they are looking for, assuming what they are being presented with isn't what they want, and they could select an OpCode for the service/repair they are trying to book. This ensures an Opcode is booked rather than just having a comment that might not be seen until the customer arrives, and could result in the shop being overbooked.
