Voice Drop Should Recycle Entire Customer

Customers are being presented in call select the same day that they are receiving voice drops, which happens when a customer has more than one VIN on their profile and only one of them received a VD. The example given was a customer with Multiple Vins on file. Can you have voice drops recycle out the entire Customer like email and texts do?
