Could I please have the BCC email templates set up to be sent to the DealerMine email address (ex. 1111acmeservice11@dealermineinc.com) associated with the branch the appointment was booked for? That way the email is attached to the customer's profile for tracking purposes.
Can we make this an option within Admin > eService Configuration > Options > Email Online Request (user selection), that when selecting a Username that we have a multi select to send the BCC to either their UserName/DealerMine Email Account
