Work In Process Balance Report improvements

Work In Process Balance Report - 1. Need to have the report subtotal by Rate Type (example Mechanical , Body Shop) 2. The criteria of Dept ALL should reflect all technicians not just those with a Shop Department of ALL in the employee profile. 3. Would like the ability to run in Summary rather than Detail. Most times when doing the accrual entry we just want the total and if we had a summary option we would easily see the total by tech.
