Would like the 'Price Used' on parts kits to apply to Internal Cases

Would like the ability to have internal parts kits also abide by the 'price used' within the parts kit itself rather than rely on the Work Order part price differential. An option somewhere to omit the parts kit from internal matrix pricing would be beneficial. Requesting an added drop down item for each parts kit on whether it wants to consider matrix pricing or not for any submission type(see original enhancement for users description)
