DRO button on the inventory orders window to behave the same as the CSO button

Would like the DRO button on the inventory orders window to behave the same as the CSO button, where it will open up the most current DRO order when you click the button rather than creating a new one when that button is pressed. Here is the message you get when clicking the CSO button. Would like this applied to the DRO order type aswell
