Communicator Message Redirect - There is a feature within communicator where, if a customer were to respond to a message from an advisor and that advisor was not logged into communicator that day, it would automatically route the message to another user in the communicator general users list after X amount of time
This was a functionality that Dealerships had, but then lost when we transitioned away from MS Lync and multiple Dealerships have complained on it not being available, their perception being that it is broke. Recently (Apr 1/25) Edwards Garage included it on a list of issues that they sent to us.
