Lock down Notes from being deleted.

We are looking for a way to either lock the associate notes that are entered into the associates profile or having a way to retrieve these deleted notes.

This is the location where all sales staff store notes in regards to their customers. It can be accessed by any other employee and deleted or manipulated.
