Enhanced Conversation Navigation and Display in Communicator

Currently, locating a specific part of a conversation in Communicator can be time-consuming, especially when there are multiple messages going back and forth. It would greatly enhance efficiency if you could simply click into a single message and have all related pieces displayed in the message window. Presently, you have to individually click into each message to find the desired information. Furthermore, it would be beneficial if the messages included both the date and time, rather than just the time itself.
