shut off the open ro prompt when exiting a held ro

there are to many employees that have access to the ros, They do not pay attention when exiting, and release into the service que, i have to onto the summary every 1/2 hour to see what was released, the drop down box on the ro window could/should be where we set the status to appointment, or have a different way to release it.
