Is looking for a method of straight time notification - When a tech requests straight time on a work order, instead of walking across the shop or trying to find the service manager to approve the straight time, they could get a communicator message or even a text requesting the time, and then being able to approve that time remotely either by logging into xsellerator to approve or responding to a text message
