modify a part profile after posting

Currently if you bill a part on a part sale and post it, you cannot click on the part number after to access the part profile. You have to go out of the part sale and back in in order to do this. Sometimes you are selling a part from OBSO we have to remove the location tag off the order. BUT only after we post it. That way we know the customer purchased a part from obso and therefore shouldn't be charged a restocking fee if not required.
