Notes section to appear at top of Labour screen

Our advisors are currently adding lines to their WO's to add details such as pickup/drop off requests, alternate contact details, etc. I am aware of the current notes options - Service Manager & I (Warranty Admin) use Internal Messaging, but that feature is somewhat tucked away, as is the notes tab. Would like to have important notes without having to zero out and review lines, but also be right in the main screen that advisors are working in. I am picturing just a narrow box above case 1 in the labour screen where info can be entered.
