In QDMS, many of our users have a security profile that makes them unable to change the booking employee on service appointments. Power Lane doesn't have this same restriction.
I would like Power Lane to implement this functionality so that we can lock specific users out of features that may be misused.

We agree that this, and other similar security mechanisms, are an important addition to Power Lane. The problem is, driving this ability off of the security profiles set in QDMS is a fairly difficult process.
A project is being planned that will rewrite large pieces of the Power Lane app. One benefit of this is that Power Lane will be able to have its own settings, completely distinct from QDMS. I would like to hold off on brining this feature to development until then, so that this (and similar features) can live inside Power Lane, rather than extending out functionality from the DMS.
