We like the functionality of the Ribbon Menu, however, I do not need it displaying all the time. I would like to be able to minimize it so that the balance of my screen is not made smaller. As it is the balance of the screen that is being utilized 90% of the time, and the menu only 10% of the time.
Add something on the menu that I can click to minimize and maximize it quickly.
This new ribbon is awful. My main complaint is that it takes up way too much space on the screen, which vastly reduces the number of lines visible on basically everything a parts and service guy uses, and offers no improved functionality over the previous version. if you could turn it into a minimizable side bar, or have the option to get rid of it in its entirety it would be much appreciated. Massive thumbs down on the new update, its a downgrade.
Maybe the ribbon could have a choice to hide/float like the quick access dock??
