Require option to lock in Vehicle Sale parameters when changing a vehicle

When changing the Vehicle in a Vehicle Sale in Quorum DMS, need to give the user the option as to whether they want the MSRP, MSRP Type, APR, Residual, etc to remain unchanged or to change along with the vehicle.
