Would Like Flex Reports Locked

Would like to lock down access to flex reports that would allow us to control who has access across the various dealerships. Currently if you have access to flex reports , you will get a prompt to select a dealership, if you select a dealership that isn't yours you can still run the report and see the data associated. We don't necessarily want everyone to see the financials at a different dealership they do not belong to.
