Flexibility in Tire Pressure Units for Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection

In the electronic Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection (MPVI), we propose enhancing user control over the display of tire pressure measurements, allowing them to choose between PSI and KPA. To achieve this, we suggest implementing a user-friendly solution that offers flexibility and convenience.

Our recommendation includes two key aspects. Firstly, we propose introducing a System Control setting where users can determine their preferred default unit for tire pressure measurements. This setting would enable customization and align with individual user preferences.

Secondly, we suggest incorporating a user-friendly toggle option within each inspection, allowing users to easily switch between PSI and KPA as needed. This toggle feature would provide a quick and convenient way for users to alternate between units, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of the inspection process.

By implementing these enhancements, we empower users with the ability to adapt tire pressure measurements according to their preference and regional standards. This customization feature promotes ease of use, improves user experience, and fosters efficient inspection practices.
